Back to school this week.

I trust it has been a wonderful holiday for everyone and that you are looking forward to the second half of the year.  Classes will resume on Wednesday and Thursday this week and Friday classes will resume on the 9th.  Be sure to take these last couple of days to get back in the swing of things at home.  Also, be sure to take the opportunity to re-enroll for the 2009-2010 school year.  Just go to your family login and you can do everything from there.  I look forward to seeing everyone later in the week.

In Christ,

Scott Davis

Priority Re-enrollment is Here.

Happy New Year!!  January always marks the time for priority re-enrollment.  Be sure to go to your family login at the following link and re-enroll your family for the 2009-2010 school year.  You can also register for elective programs, athletic programs and summer classes.  Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this process.  The holiday is always a good time to get everything done before school begins next week.  May the Lord give your family a wonderful time of learning together in the coming year.

Have a great 2009!!

Merry Christmas!! See the new tuition schedule and re-enrollment announcement.
Our visitor from last week told me that he really enjoyed meeting all the students, telling his story and reminding the students about true giving.  May your Christmas be filled with the true spirit of Giving as our Father has given to us.  Read on to see the new tuition schedule and re-enrollment information.

No Schedule Change for Tuesday Morning

Classes will proceed as usual this morning with no delays.  However, should you be in an area with severe conditions, please use your own judgement.  We want everyone to be safe.

Weather Cancelation Information and Lab schedule for this week

Should it become necessary on a given school day to cancel or postpone classes at any one or all of the CDA locations, information regarding the schedule changes will be posted in the following locations.

1.  We will make every attempt to post a banner on the CDA web site by 6:00am noting any cancelations or postponements.

2.  CDA will be listed, along with other schools, noting school schedule changes on 94.9 KLTY radio and CBS Channel 11.

3.  A mass e-mail will be distributed to all CDA families.

4.  Using the most current telephone number list we have, a mass phone message will be sent to CDA families.

Please be sure to check the web site before leaving for school on questionable days.  As always, use your own discretion if you live in an area that may be more adversely affected.  We never want any family to take unadvisable risks.  It is our hope that at least one of these postings will reach every family and make everyone aware of the conditions.

Please call your school should you have questions.

Labs this week:

There will be no labs or period seven electives on Wednesday and Thursday this week so that students may leave with parents after parties on these days.

Thank you

Scott Davis

Join us for special events this week.

Tell your friends about the campus visit day on Thursday.

CDA will host a campus visit day at 9:00am on Thursday, December 11.  We will start at 9:00am and finish before 10:30.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about Coram Deo Academy and to actually see what goes on during the day.  We will have a short presentation and then take time to visit classrooms and answer questions.  If you are interested in attending or know a friend who is, please register on line and join us for a good time on Thursday.  This will be the last visit day for 2008 so make plans to attend.

Big Game on Monday - Join Us For Family Night!

Remember the big game on Monday night.  The CDA of Carrollton Lions play the CDA of Flower Mound Lions at 6:30pm right here at The Rock.  It's family night so bring the whole crew and get in for the family price of only $5.00.  There are great concessions so you can come hungry if you like.  Wear your spirit shirts and bring your loud voices (yes, screaming and yelling is allowed at school for the games - HAHA).  I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday evening.

Go Lions!!
