CDA presents a unique opportunity for students, parents and teachers to partner in educating students who will one day shape culture for the Glory of God. This opportunity is interesting to people all over the country. I get calls from other states and even Canada asking about how we do things here at CDA. I am always pleased to help others and to spread the good news. So, I do pray you will continue this vigorous journey with us for the 2008-2009 school year right here at home in DFW. Please remember to re-enroll for the 2008-2009 school year. If you are new, we go through this process each year. You are not automatically re-enrolled or renewed each year. You must go into your family login and re-enroll there. At the same location, you should be able to check and print report cards very soon.

 

 

Many of you have expressed interest in the full time option. As you re-enroll, you may choose this option. You can find a full description on the web site and I have links to that along with tuition assistance in my last blog.

 

 

One of our first grade classes has been corresponding with Mr. Peter Hoewisch. Mr. Hoewisch has been a pilot in Iraq. He will be here to visit and give the students an update of what the Lord is doing in Iraq. It should be an interesting time.

The Lions are still undefeated after tough games just before and just after the break. Come on out on Thursday night this week. The B team plays at 4:00 while the A team takes the court at 7:00pm right here at the ROCK.

 

 

Did you get a new computer for Christmas? If you have a gently used notebook computer and are no longer in need of it, bring it to CDA. We may very well be able to put it to use in our computer electives or other classes.
