Barring any difficulties with permitting, construction on the new office space is planned to begin early this week. I will try to keep everyone updated. Also, we expect that our agreement with Christian Life Assembly will be finalized this week or in the near future. Therefore, we need to get serious about getting the funds and commitments together for the potential new classrooms and improvements. I have already received some commitments and many words of support. Please remember that these additions are important to everyone and I trust that we will all be supportive of the effort. Anything you can do in the form of a monetary gift will be put to very good use in this project. You received commitment forms at orientation. You may return those forms to the front desk at any time or you can send them to Louise Henry, Director of Development, at the CDA main office. There are also more forms available at the front desk. If we can get the funding in place soon, that will speed along the progress toward expansion. Please let me know of any questions you may have. I will be very happy to help. Thank you all in advance for your help with this really exciting adventure.

 

 

We will have all period seven activities this week. Electives, labs, and skills will all meet after school. If you have not yet registered for the skills time, please do so on line. There is no cost, but this will help us have a record of those participating. 

 

 

Thank you all for a good first week. I know if takes time to adjust to a new schedule, new teacher and new students. We appreciate your prayers and support as we all adjust to a new school year. However, we seem to have gotten off to a good start. I look forward to following the progress of all our students throughout the year.
