What a joy it would be to have a covered entrance to the Grammar School building! There are many places in which your donation dollars benefit the school and designating funds to build a canopy will help the children stay warm and dry when entering or leaving the Grammar School building. ADMISSION TESTING
If you have applied for a new student, admission testing is now being scheduled. Please see the admission blog for more details. CDA accepts new student applications on a space-available basis throughout the spring; the class openings page has been updated. We welcome new interest in our school and hope your friends will join us for an adventure of a lifetime.
VALENTINE’S DAY PARTIES
Class Valentine’s Day parties are in the classrooms on Wednesday, February 13th and Thursday, February 14th during the students’ lunch and recess breaks. Pizza will be served for lunch.
HEALTH SCREENINGS Feb 13 & 14
Hearing, Vision, and Scoliosis Screenings will be conducted on Wednesday, February 13 and Thursday, February 14. Please send the health screening form and a check for payment to school with your child next week. All students are welcome to participate in this offer; however children in Kindergarten, first, third, fifth, and seventh grades are required to have 2007 – 2008 hearing and vision examinations in their student files.
