CDA families are invited to a special event at Barnes and Noble in Highland Village representing Coram Deo Academy from 10:00am – 3:00pm on Saturday, May 3^rd. The Barnes and Noble store is located at 4100 Deer Creek in Highland Village. Student performances and displays are planned throughout the day and teachers will be reading stories to the children in the story corner of the store. Proceeds from the day’s sales of books and cheesecakes will benefit CDA. Please make plans to attend and to purchase your summer reading books and Mother’s Day gifts that day too. 

Next week is the last week to retrieve items out of the lost and found boxes. There are lunch boxes, sweaters and jackets waiting to return to their rightful owners. Any items not collected by the last day of school will be donated to the school’s Uniform Sale or CCA. Please check the Fireside Room to reclaim bowls, trays, and dishes remaining from classroom festivals and parties.

 

The annual CDA uniform sale has added summer reading books to the inventory this year. A donation box is located in the school’s lobby to collect gently worn CDA clothing and books. Thank you for your donations and please make plans to attend the sale from 11:00am to 12:30pm on Thursday, May 15^th.  Those interested in assisting in the event please contact Mrs. Jones tracyljones@charter.net.
