FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
The first day of school for Mon/Wed students is on Monday, August 18. The first day of school for Tues/Thurs students is on Tuesday, August 19. The first day of Friday classes is on Friday, August 22.
SCHOOL HOURS
The Grammar School hours are 8:15a.m – 2:45p.m. Friday School hours are 8:00a.m. – 3:10p.m. The doors open Mondays – Fridays at 8:00a.m. to receive students. As a safety precaution, please do not leave children unsupervised in the parking lot or outside the building before 8:00a.m.
CAR LINE PROCEDURES LETTER
Please refer to the Car Line Procedures information enclosed in your Parent Orientation packet for an overview of the guidelines that have been established to assure a safe and orderly arrival and dismissal of all students.
LUNCH ORDERS DUE
Please remember that your hot lunch order forms are due by Wednesday, August 20th and Thursday, August 21st. You can write one check to CDA for all 4 meal choices. Please remember that this is a great fundraiser for our school. The proceeds from the hotdogs and Arby’s sales will be used to purchase new equipment for our CDA Lions and the proceeds from the Chick-fil-a and Dickey's lunches will be used for classroom technology equipment.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
WE NEED YOU!!! A sign-up sheet for school volunteers was included in the classroom Parent Orientation information. Please prayerfully consider where you can get plugged in this year.
