DEO IN THE PARK is from 10:00am – 1:00pm this Saturday, November 8^th.  Bring the family and enjoy spending some time on our campus.  Booths, student performances, and a Silent Auction are all part of the day’s entertainment.

We enjoyed hosting the Grandparent Days this week.  What a blessing it was to meet the extended families of our students!  Please let your family know how much we enjoyed their visit.

FUNDRAISER MONEY DUE

Thank you for participating in the “Christian Collection” fundraiser.  Family orders were sent home with the students last week.  Please send the money you collect to school in your child’s PIF next week.

CORAM DEO CAFÉ

The Coram Deo Café meets in the Fireside Room from 8:30am – 9:30am on Tuesday and Wednesday next week.  Parties, shopping, baking, and school – it’s all too much!  Shannon Mahoney will be speaking about “Peace and Home for the Holidays" from her favorite book The Art of Christian Homemaking.  Join us to learn some practical ways to budget your time and money through the holidays.  A craft project will also be made at the meeting.  Please bring a $2.00 supply fee for the craft project.

TUITION TICKETS

All 100 of the MW/TT tuition tickets have been sold and a winner will be announced at Deo in the Park.  We are offering another opportunity to win MW/TT tuition to those of you who have all ready purchased tickets and we will continue selling the tickets until 100 are sold. Tuition tickets for two Friday Classes are still available.  If we sell all the tickets we can announce the winners by Christmas!

ORDERING CDA T-SHIRTS

Payments and order forms for the new CDA T-shirts can be sent in your child’s PIF by Friday, November 14^th.  Please make checks out to CDA.   Order forms for the T-shirts will also be available at Deo in the Park.

Now Accepting Applications for 2009-2010   

New Student Admission opened November 1. Applications for siblings of current CDA students may be submitted online using the same family account. Re-enrollment for current students opens January 1; no action is required for continuing students at this time.

Campus Visit Days provide a window into Coram Deo Academy for prospective students and their families. If you know of others who may be interested in our school, please let them know about our upcoming meetings (click here for a complete listing of dates). We hope they’ll join us next week at 9 am on Thursday, November 13 for an introduction to classical Christian education and a campus tour. Prospective families may also visit with the admission staff during the Flower Mound campus Deo in the Park celebration from 10 am until 1 pm on Saturday, November 8.
