The following letter was recently sent to me by a CDA parent. As we continue enjoying our recreational plans this summer it is refreshing to remember the blessings God has provided. I appreciate Mr. Weatherford’s beautiful letter and I think many of his comments will resonate with your feelings about our school as well.

Several years ago I first heard Rodney Marshall, Headmaster of Coram Deo Academy, describe the Classical Christian Education Model. As I heard the description of a classical education anchored by a Christian worldview, I realized that Mr. Marshall was describing everything about education that I wished that I could articulate. I knew then where my daughters would be educated.

Now, with one daughter in 1st grade and another in 3rd, I can say without reservation that CDA has delivered everything that Mr. Marshall promised, and more. CDA provides a range of critical benefits that serve our family and bless our little girls every day.

CDA delivers time with Mom. The unique hybrid of classroom and home school instruction allows ours girls to work directly with their mother. With this approach they learn not only the facts of education but also the subtleties of living that are only seen though dedicated time with a parent.

CDA delivers a spiritual foundation. This foundation of a Christian worldview is the point of reference for all learning. This approach does not inhibit, but truly unfetters learning for my daughters by laying the cornerstone of God’s power and then vigorously examining all that he has provided.

CDA delivers a faculty of the highest quality. We have found that the teachers and administrators have a passion for teaching, a true love for the students and a depth of knowledge that is truly impressive. With this loving, learned and spiritual support system, I know that my girls are truly blessed.
