Barnes and Noble Book Fair
Please join us Saturday, May 3 for the CDA Book Fair at Barnes & Noble. Faculty, administrators, and students will lead story hours, perform musical selections (guitar, wind ensemble, vocal theatre), recite poetry, and host game tables. This is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your neighbors or grandparents to the joy and excitement of classical education.
CDA summer reading books will be available for purchase. Shopping for Mother’s Day (order Cheesecake Factory cheese cakes!), graduation or end of year teacher’s gifts also benefits the school. Please pick up a voucher at the CDA welcome table or simply provide the number 280396 upon checkout.

Athletic Banquet
Coram Deo Academy athletes, along with their families, are invited to attend the Athletic Banquet on Monday May 5th at 6:30 p.m. The banquet will be held at Coram Deo Academy in Flower Mound and will include an awards ceremony and dinner.
The Athletic Banquet is being held to honor and recognize both students and coaches who make the CDA athletics program successful. This year, over 100 athletes participated on 15 teams in junior high and high school. Please join us as we honor the coaches and students who commit their time to supporting Coram Deo through the athletics program.
A very lovely pasta dinner with salad, bread, entrée and dessert options will be served. The cost of the banquet is $20 per person or $60 maximum per family. As a special gift to the Coaches and Senior, the banquet cost will be waived and there is a $30 maximum for their families. Any proceeds from the dinner will go to the CDA sports program.
Please RSVP by May 1st to smithgeri@mac.com with the number that can attend for your family. Also, please send a check to school made out to Coram Deo Academy for the appropriate amount and deliver to Ellen Perry's office. Because this is such a special event and celebration, the dress attire is business casual.
We look forward to this celebration and hope to see you there. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Kathy Wenth at wenth9@hotmail.com.
