The school is registered at Office Depot.  If you choose to purchase your school supplies at Office Depot, the school will receive 5% of the purchase price (you must tell the cashier the name of your school).   For a copy of the supply list, go to the CDA website, documents, and click on P Dwyer's documents.  If you have trouble opening the file, please contact Ellen Perry.  We can email you an electronic copy as well.

BOOKS
You may buy your books at Varsity Books.  The link is found on our website.  There are also stores in the area that can help you with CDA books.  Some are having great sales during this time.  A book list can be found under the category of Books and Store at the CDA website.

The US Presidents book for the 5th grade does NOT need to be purchased by Flower Mound CDA 5th grade students this year.  The book was moved from the 4th grade to the 5th grade; however, 5th graders for 2008-09 have already completed the book.  Carrollton 5th graders are required to purchase the book.  If you have already purchased a copy of the US Presidents book and can not return it, please let me know.

Assignment Books
Don't forget to pick up an assignment book before the start of school.  You may purchase one through the school for $6 or pick one up at your favorite place to shop.  Mrs. Perry has the assignment books in the office now. 

Land's End Shirt
The feminine fit polo by Land's End is not an approved shirt for CDA.  It is too short to remain tucked in and therefore has not been added to the uniform list.
