After a one-year absence, Kim Grizzle is returning as head coach for girls’ volleyball at Coram Deo Academy of Flower Mound this fall. Kim coached the CDA girls from 2004-2007 and is excited to return for the upcoming season. Kim played volleyball at Miami University of Ohio from 1984-88 and was the captain of the team her senior year. She has coached North Texas Club Volleyball for the last six years and brings a wealth of experience to the CDA program.
“We are excited to have her back and look forward to a great season this year in our new district,” said Donnie Brake, CDA athletic director.
Coach Grizzle will have open gym for high school girls to enjoy and practice volleyball fundamentals from 4 – 6 p.m. on Mondays, July 7 through Aug. 4. She will work with the girls on basic volleyball skills as they enjoy some practice time.
