The boy's baseball team is making a habit of winning! They beat Conroe 12-7 then went on to win the Calvary Tournament Championship by beating the home team 14-10. The team was led by Bret Hawkins, Cooper Newlan and Jack Hansen and they were awarded all tournament honors for their outstanding performances.

The Lions lost to Calvary in pool play, but came back to beat them in the Championship Game. Coach Jimmy Jones has been very pleased with the hard work the boys have put in during the last three weeks of practice. "The hard work in practice is paying off in the games and we are getting better every day." Congratulations to Coach Jones and the whole Lions team for their outstanding play this weekend.
