PreK Explores The Letter P With Pajama Day
Each year PreK students eagerly anticipate “Letter P Day” where the students come to school in their favorite pajamas!
This week on Monday and Tuesday, PreK Classes started the morning with prayer, reflecting on how it draws us closer to Jesus and reveals God’s heart and mind. Then, they dove into a Storytime favorite, Pancakes in Pajamas by Frank Asch, followed by a delicious pancake snack.
The learning fun continued with writing practice, a special poem, and adorable handprint penguins during art. Snack time was extra special as students each shared a snack that began with the letter “P.” Lunch featured pizza and homemade pie or pound cake!
PreK wrapped up this playful, prayerful, and pleasantly fun day with a popsicle treat! We love witnessing the purposeful creativity happening inside the classroom!
