Coram Deo Academy Lions Varsity uses big second inning to beat Bethesda, 25-3

A 14-run explosion in the second inning spurred Coram Deo Academy Lions Varsity to a 25-3 win in five innings over Bethesda at Bethesda on Friday.
Andrew Kuykendall racked up five RBIs on two hits for Coram Deo Academy Lions Varsity. He tripled in the first inning and homered in the second inning.
Bethesda couldn't get anything going as long as Gray Prewitt was on the rubber. Bethesda managed just one hit off of Prewitt, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out eight during his three innings of work.
The game was never in doubt after the first, as Coram Deo Academy Lions Varsity scored two runs on an RBI single by Caleb Hobbs and an RBI triple by Andrew Kuykendall.
