CDA Flower Mound is a classical Christian school in Flower Mound, established in 1999. The purchase of the beautifully wooded campus in 2005 was the Academy’s first permanent location. The campus serves over 670 students in grades PreK - 12th.  In addition to the Signature Program (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs), an option is available for students in grades 7th- 12th to attend Monday-Thursday. Friday Electives are offered grades K - 12th.

Chapel

Grammar, Logic and High School students and teachers have chapel services once a month. The purpose of chapel is to bring students together for a time of corporate worship and a message that focuses on the greatness of God and His work in our lives in a way that would be applicable to Coram Deo students. This time is designed to heighten our awareness of Christ and integrate Him more into our everyday lives.

Parent Community

Our families have many opportunities to grow together. Parent 2 Parent (P2P) is a parent organization established to help new families easily transition into our school model. Idea Exchange (for GS parents) and Straight Talk (for LS and RS parents) hold events that help parents with the at-home portion of our program and family life in general. Moms in Touch meets regularly to pray for the school, faculty, students and families.

  • CDA FM Choirs Post Record Results

We want to congratulate the CDA Flower Mound choir students who were recognized for their exemplary performances at the TPSMEA All-Region Choir auditions recently. This was a record-breaking year for our choir program with 16 students making all-region choirs and two more as alternates.

They have worked so hard to refine their God-given talents and we are impressed with all their progress and bravery in sharing their voices. Well done all!
  • AP Art History Class Hits The Road

Last weekend, Mrs. Clements's AP Art History class from CDA Flower Mound visited the Dallas Museum of Art. Students walked through the Indigenous American, African, and Oceanic galleries as they discussed particulars of roughly 20 works complimentary to those they are learning about in class.

In addition, students had a chance to independently explore other sections of the museum, choose favorite works, and write about why these works spoke to them as such. A few students even chose to remain at the DMA after the formal trip concluded, just to see the other various art the museum affords.

The students enjoyed seeing art "come to life" at the museum in ways that simply cannot be expressed in textbooks or online. And, in typical CDA fashion, they represented our school so very well!
  • CDA FM LS and RS Pom Squad

    Welcome CDA FM Pom Squad

CDA Flower Mound is proud to welcome the new Pom Squad to our list of extra-curriculars. This group of logic and rhetoric school girls will perform at football games, pep rallies, and other school events where they will elevate our school spirit.
