As a part of their leadership development, students were asked to write a Rule of Life, which they will continue to use and develop throughout the year in their Theology 2 class. Their Rule of Life will help them focus on practices and habits that foster growth in their most important relationships.
When asked to describe some of his favorite memories of the weekend, Rhetoric School Principal, Tommy McCrory, said, “I enjoyed seeing three students go tubing for the first time and getting to cook with our students.” McCrory added that he was thankful to have the intentional time to get to know the students and learn how Jesus has been at work in their lives. "We made memories and laughed together, and getting to see them serve one another was a highlight,” McCrory said.
